Alasan: “Tidak seperti diri sendiri” Apabila Komited Pada Islam.

Salamun a’laikum to those have ‘faith’ ( i.e Mukminin ) – QS 06:54
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Sebagai contoh tipikal bagi situasi sebegini [ Note : you can skip this 'example' if you want, and go to the next point ] :
[ I hope this point could be our sharing next time, insha Allah ]
” ( Quran. Surah al-Mulk i.e Tajuk ke 67 : ayat 1-2 )
________________________________________
Oleh itu, :
- 1. Marilah bersama-sama kita menjadi LEBIH BAIK daripada sebelumnya
!
- 2. Sebelum itu, betapa pentingnya memahami Islam yang sebenar itu agar tertegaknya agama Allah subhanahu wa taa’la dalam diri sendiri / individu dahulu, kemudian carilah potensi diri dalam memperbaiki amalan demi Islam ( i.e Allah subhanahu wa taa’la dan Rasul-Nya salallahu a’laihi wa salam khususnya dan ummah Islam secara amnya ).
Cuba kita perhatikan dahulu, keadaan sekeliling kita.
[ Note : this point should in the other major topic that we should discuss. So far, until here, I hope the point that I would like to share, you would follow and understand it ]
“Maka sesiapa yang berat timbangannya ( i.e pahala ) ,( manakala ringan timbangan dosanya). ” ( Quran al-Karim. Surah al-Qaria’h. i.e Tajuk ke 101 : ayat 6-11 )
Ingat !
Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam bersabda ( Hadith daripada Anas bin Malik radiallahu a’nhu ) :
” . . . . Adapun diriku, demi Allah!

Demi Masa.
[ I dedicate this article to those are in mid-sem holiday especially the students from MMA and to those are please to read this article as reminder to yourself
]
~ Hello ~
and
Salamun A’laikum to those have ‘faith’ ( i.e Mukminin ) – QS 06 : 54
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Marilah ! Janganlah kita bermalas-malasan.
” Maka sesiapa yang berat timbangannya ( i.e pahala ) ,( manakala ringan timbangan dosanya). ” ( Quran al-Karim. Surah al-Qaria’h. i.e Tajuk ke 101 : ayat 6-11 )
[ NOTE : Don't be annoyed with this question, I know you knew it already ! But at least think that I just remind you, thank you . ]
Lihatlah !
” Demi masa. ( Quran al-Karim. Surah al-A’sr. i.e Tajuk ke 103 : Ayat 1-3 )
Mengapa kita amat perlu berhati-hati ?
1. Saban waktu berselisih ganti. Saat demi saat. Jam demi jam. Hari demi hari. Bulan demi bulan. Tahun demi tahun. Sungguh anak Adam itu menghampiri Maut ( i.e mati ) sebenarnya.
( termasuk saya )
3. Orang kata : ” Masa itu emas “. Ya, kita setuju, adapun orang mengatakan : ” Time is money “.

Salamun A’laikum to those have ‘faith’ ( i.e Mukmins ) – QS 06 : 54
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Rib i’ bin A’mir.
Jawapan Rib i’ kepada Rostam :
Rib i’ hanya seorang Muslim yang pada kaca mata manusia mungkin melihatnya seperti orang biasa, namun, hanya berdasarkan pegangan al-Quran al-Karim dan as-Sunnah Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam, beliau benar-benar faham peranan sebagai seorang Muslim dan dapat menyimpulkan mesej, misi Islam dengan baik.
Nah ! ]

Let’s Understand Our Heart~!
[ I dedicate this article to myself, brothers and sisters ( especially who already heard or participated in 'Daurah Hakikat Kejadian Manusia'/ "The Truths Behind the Human Being Creation" or "Miracle of the Human Creation" ), to those who will participate the same 'Daurah' as well as on Sunday,December 6th 2009
, and also to those who pleased to read this article. ]
~Hello~
and
Salamun A’laikum to those have ‘faith’ ( i.e Mukmin ) – QS 06:54
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

The Heart. The Prophet Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam also told us about this least, little organ in our body in the hadith :
“. . . . If it is healthy, the rest organs will be healthy, if it is corrupted, the rest will follow . . . .” ( Sahih Bukhari and Muslim )
What do we know about the heart generally ? It is the organ which like a machine, a device, which its mechanism is to pump the blood around of our body.
In arabic language, the heart is ‘Qalb’. The meaning of ‘Qalb’ :
1. The best part of anything, the core of anything is called ‘Qalb’. It was named so, because normally the core is the best thing.
- Look and think at our hearts ! It is the core of our body, isn’t it ? It is the core, the very important organ which supply oxygen, nutrition and etc to the whole organs in our body ( i.e to the brain, the liver and etc ). Am I right ?
2. Changing of its state / ‘ to turn over’.
- for e.g. “Qalbatu warakah” = I turned over the paper.
- The heart of a human being can change very quickly. A man sleeps at night as a believer. He wakes up in the morning as a disbeliever. That is why the prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam taught us to cry to Allah subhanahu wa taa’la all the time to ‘ keep our hearts steady and firm upon the truth’.
- Allah subhanahu wa taa’la mentions us in the Quran al-Karim, even the heart blindness is exist ! That is mean the heart could change into such situation !
” Have they not travelled in the land, and have their hearts may learn wisdom and ears may learn to hear? For indeed it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts, which are within the breasts, that grow blind. ” ( Quran. Surah al-Hajj. i.e Chapter 22 : Verse 46 )
Let us discuss about the actions of the heart. Before that, Let us look through and understand what is the prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam said which related to our hearts :
Abu Hurairah radiallahu a’nhu reported Allah’s Messenger salallahu a’laihi wa salam as saying: ” Verily Allah does not look to your faces and your wealth but He looks to your heart and to your deeds “. ( Sahih Muslim )
Think ! what is inside of our hearts ? Arrogance ? Jealousy ? Pride ? ( and etc. ) All of them are described as the actions of the heart. Some of them as following :
1. Intention or ‘niah’.
Niah is one of the most important actions of the heart, because every thing we do ( any actions of our limbs for e.g ) whether any good deeds or bad deeds or something people say as our routine or else, are START with INTENTION of our heart.
Are there any actions without intention / niah ? The answer is YES. Very well, let us understand from what the prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam told us about ‘ niah ‘ :
Narrated U’mar bin al-Khattab radiallahu a’nhu, reported : Messenger of Allah salallahu a’laihi wa salam said : ” The deeds are considered by the intentions, and a person will get a reward according to his attention. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Messenger, his emigration will be for Allah and His Messenger; and whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration would be for what he emigrated for. “ ( Mutafaqun a’laihi – in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim. )
2. Learning and understanding by our heart.
” Have they not travelled in the land, and have their hearts may learn wisdom and ears may learn to hear? For indeed it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts, which are within the breasts, that grow blind. “ ( Quran. Surah al-Hajj. i.e Chapter 22 : Verse 46 )
It is not only the heart could be blind but also may learn.
3. Love.
4. Hatred.
5. Humbleness.
The opposite of humbleness is ARROGANCE.
In case for reminding, who is the very first person acts such way ? The answer is IBLIS laknatullah ( Lucifer ). Let us refer to the Quran al-Karim which Allah subhanahu wa taa’la mentioned about how rude and arrogance Iblis is, :
” And We created you, then fashioned you, then told the angels: Fall ye prostrate before Adam! And they fell prostrate, all save Iblis, who was not of those who make prostration. He said: What hindered thee that thou didst not fall prostrate when I bade thee? (Iblis) said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire while him Thou didst create of mud. He ( Allah ) said: Then go down hence ( from paradise )! It is not for thee to show arrogance ( takabur ) here ( in paradise ), so go forth! Lo! thou art of those degraded.“ ( Quran. Surah al-A’raf. i.e Chapter 7 : Verse 11, 12 and 13. )
From these verses, could we say that if our hearts have such action i.e arrogance, do we have a chance to dwell Allah’s Paradise ? The answer is : NO.
The Prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam warned us that : ‘ No one will enter the Jannah ( i.e Paradise ), those who has felt takabur ( i.e arrogance, pride ) in his heart even it is small as an atom. ‘
6. Conviction.
7. Fear.
8. Tawakkul.
9. ‘Sabr’ i.e. Patience.
10. Bravery and courage.
11. etc.

[ Please be more attention with this part, thank you ]
Types of the heart :
1. Pure heart.
The pure heart completely opposite to all types of the heart after this. [ NOTE : Please read about other types of heart and its explanation as following. ]
- I would like to advise you, as well as to myself, that before we go to sleep, please RESET our hearts. Clear our hearts and do not hold any grudge to any Muslims. Why ? Because, we do not know whether we will be able to wake up on the next day, and can you imagine, on the Day of Resurrection, we will resurrect while holding grudge to our brothers/sisters ( i.e Muslims ) ?
2. Sick heart.
Why our hearts become sick ? Because ( i.e Causes sickness of the heart ) :
- selfishness, being the slave to our self ( i.e. our ‘nafs‘ ).
- leave the ‘ i’lm‘ ( i’lm means to know something, knowledge, studying and etc. ), living in ‘ jahal‘ ( i.e Neglect studying, living in small world-do not want to know more even about his/her surrounding, do not want/have any intention to improve him/her self and etc. ), deserting the studying circle, living in ignorance.
- Love of ‘ Dunya ‘ ( i.e This world ) : ‘al-Dunya‘ is our objective, content-happy-all the time is only the ‘Dunya‘, unaware of the real life. [ NOTE : If you do not clear in this point, you may ask me, thank you. ]
- and etc.
3. Dead heart.
- Some one does not know his/her creator.
- Some one does not know his/her purpose of life.
for instance, if you ask him/her :
” What is the purpose of this pen ?”
” To write. “
” What is the purpose of this shirt ?”
” To cover our naked body.”
” What is the purpose of this pair of shoes ?”
” To protect our foot.”
” What is the purpose of your LIFE ?”
” NOTHING “
” The pair of shoes, they have their purpose, but you don’t ?”
” The pair of shoes are more important than your life ?”
Let us think ! Do we think this life just came like that ? We were created for the purposes that we have to fulfil in this life ! But some one even does not want to know !
That is why the Quran al-Karim described this kind of person ( i.e who does not know his/her purpose of life, living in ignorance about the creator and the purposes of the human creation and so on so forth ) :
” . . . . They are just cattle - nay, but they are worse! They truly are the neglectful. “ ( Quran. Surah al-Araf. i.e Chapter 7 : Verse 179 )
Imagine, the cattle in the field know its creator ! But we do not ?
Well, some one will say that, ” Our creator is the Mother Nature ! “
What is the Mother Nature ? The Mother Nature is nothing more than animates, plants and animals. Look at our surrounding ! See what is surrounded us ? We surrounded by animates ( i.e Non-living things – stones, ocean, mountains, etc. ), plants and animals.
Very well, let us list up which is the least complex to the most complex creation. Of course, from the bottom to the top ( just like pyramid ) : animates, plants, animals, human being.
Animates ( for e.g soils ) serve plants. Plants serve animals. Animals serve human being.
Hence, all the things are made to serve us. Who made them as subservient to serve us ? our self ? NO ! Of course not, God made it ! Another situation :
- Allah subhanahu wa taa’la made the elephant tame, that you can put your little child and will lead that elephant. If you said you are the ONLY ONE that tamed the elephant, why can’t you tame the ‘ Rattlesnake ‘ ? You can’t, can you ? It will bite you and will inject you with its poisonous venom that you would die if not treated immediately.
- So that is Allah subhanahu wa taa’la, the Creator who made the elephant became tame and the Rattlesnake is dangerous and poisonous to us.
And that is Mother Nature, all these things below us.
The last question for thinking : ” Mother Nature does not have intelligence, so, how did Mother Nature gave us intelligence when it does not have it ? “
4. Heart posses a ‘disease’.
- The disease that I mentioned on this point is ‘nifaq’.
- A person which his/her heart posses the ‘disease’ as known as Munafiq.
- The disease already existed during the prophet Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam’s life, started in Madinah.
- The fact is, all of the prophet’s sahabah ( i.e Companions ) radiallahu a’nhum are afraid if the disease exist in their heart. Once those who posses such kind of disease, he/she will be hated by the Lord subhanahu wa taa’la and His Messenger salallahu a’laihi wa salam.
- What is ‘nifaq’ ? Why the person will treat as such way by the Lord and His Messenger ? Because nifaq is a very dangerous disease exists only among the Muslims which his/her heart against Allah subhanahu wa taa’la and the prophet Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam, against Islam, annoy with the brotherhood between Muslims and etc. ( this hatred show in his/her heart ) BUT in order to cover his/her true self, he/she acts as usual Muslim ( for e.g Performing solah, etc. ). In Other word to describe this type of person which posses such type of heart is : HYPOCRITE.
- Many verses of the Quran al-Karim told us about the Munafiq, some of them are :
” And a mankind, there are some ( hypocrites ) who say : ‘ We believe in Allah and the Last Day’, while in fact they believe not. They ( think to ) deceive Allah and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive ( it ) not ! In their hearts is a disease ( in doubt and hypocrisy ) and Allah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. “ ( Quran. Surah al-Baqarah. i.e Chapter 2 : Verse 08, 09 and 10 )
____________________________
The causes that effect our heart.
1. Too much mingle with people until have no time to sit by your self.
- At least for 1 hour on daily basis : ask your self, self analysis, self inventory – What did I do today ? If it is good deeds, Alhamdulillah. If it is sins, ask for forgiveness.
- My advise is, if we were committed sins, ask for forgiveness as soon as possible. Reset our heart, our mind and our actions that we will do after this and that, in order to realize and to show our correctness after committing sins. Insha Allah, may Allah subhanahu wa taa’la accepts our ‘taubah‘.
- If we do not do regularly, our heart will get sick.
2. Being unrealistic.
- Keep living in fantasy, fantasizing.
- For instance, some one will say : ” Insha Allah, when I am old, I will become good Muslim ( or after marriage, or after doing Hajj, etc. ). “
- This person is dreaming if he/she has guarantee that he/she will live until that time. You can die any time ! WAKE UP ! Go to the grave yard and see the graves ! How old is he/she ? 50 years ? 18 years ? 5 years? See, young man also dying. WAKE UP, man !
3. To rely upon other than Allah subhanahu wa taa’la. Do not trust in Allah subhanahu wa taa’la.
4. Too much eating.
- when you are eating a lot, you will sleep to much ( laziness ), then you will miss something too much, hence, you miss good deeds.
5. etc.

Muslim’s Rights from other Muslim.
[ This article edited in 2nd time - It gives a nostalgic feeling, happy memory and peacefulness in my heart . Oh... I really love the way of this life, the al-Deen, and not to forget, to all brothers who knows me, I really love our friendship. Alhamdulillah~
]
~ Hello ~
and
Salamun A’laikum to those have ‘faith’ ( i.e Mukmin ) – QS 06 : 54
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

I tried to recall, what actually Muslim’s rights from other Muslims? I heard about it from a brother when i was in vacation in Berlin, Germany last January. I do practice it whole heartedly from a long time ago, because it was from al-Hadith, sahih Muslim ( also included in Riyadush Solihin by al-Imam al-Nawawi rahimahullahu taa’la. ), but in theory, I forgot 2 or 3 points, it does not matter but, so far, practically, I did most of them. Alhamdulillah, my brother here did remind me all 6 Muslim’s rights which you should do all of them if you are consciously, very well, without doubt and confidently know you are a MUSLIM !
1. When you meet other Muslims, greet them with salaam ( i.e “Assalamua’laikum” basically or more ).
2. If you have not heard any news or have not met your brothers/sisters ( i.e in Islam by means Muslims ) for a quite distance time, visit them or try to know any news about them in order to show your concern.
3. When your brother/sister sneezes and he/she says “Alhamdulillah“, pray for him/her ( i.e say “Ya harmukallah/ Ya harmukillah ” ).
4. When your brother/sister invites you to go to his/her ceremony, gathering, assembly and etc. , accept and attend it.
5. When your brother/sister is sick, visit him/her.
6. When your brother/sister pass away, go and visit his/her burial ceremony ( i.e in order to show your concern and express sympathy to his/her family ).
I would like to remind you as well as to myself that, Mukmins are in a single Brotherhood [ QS 49:10 ]. You can not be a Mukmin if you are not a Muslim. Being a Muslim, struggling to achieve a level as a Mukmin is MUST ! and in order to be a true Muslim !
If you notice from the beginning of this article, you found that I gave you some points which I learned one of the smallest part of teaching from the prophet Muhammad salallahu alaihi wa salam about the al-Deen ( the way of life i.e Islam – ‘Submission to one God, Peace‘ ).
What a wonderful teaching! Even ‘how to communicate properly between Muslims’, the prophet did not bother to taught us. I would like to mention you that, this is only the small part of teaching about the social life by Muhammad sallahu a’laihi wa salam. But there are many – many others including marriage, law, military, and so on – so forth in the Holy Quran al-Karim and by prophet Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam ’s teaching, as known as as-Sunnah.

~ Hello ~
and
Salamun A’laikum to those who have ‘Faith’ ( i.e mukmin ) – QS 06 : 54
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
The situational case :
A non-Muslim asked a Muslim regarding Islamic issues. The Muslim answered as the following : [ NOTE : the answer that you will read is an original text - I asked the person who wrote the 'answer below' for allowing me to post here. Please read it and after that, it would be my commentary due to the original text. I advise you to read until the end to avoid misunderstanding.]

Salam
This is my personal answer, based on my understanding and in fact i’m still learning..
Islam is not like any other religion. It is holy and honour. I was born in a muslim family, so automatically my birth certificate state that i am a muslim. In that situation, am I really a muslim?? Certainly no. In tauhid islam, everything must start with ‘BELIEVE’. when you believe, in there is Allah, Muhammad is his prophet, there’s a life after death, heaven and hell, and not to forget AL-Quran is not a book written by muhammad, but it is a message from Allah through Jibril (an angel) as guidance for all people,etc.. …and only after that believe..you become a muslim. Of course after saying syahadah, officially you declare yourself as one of the believer..
As i said before, Islam is not like any other religion, where you can come and go, saying that you believe and the next day, you said u don’t. It’s not a toy, that you can play with, not a cloth to wear on and off..it is something that you hold throughout your life.
And for those who turn away from islam, prophet muhammad told us to first, have a diplomacy, asking why, advice.Next, is to warn and lastly is to kill.
Yup, kill.
the reason is to make it clear that Allah is not something that you can play with, not somebody you can tease..
same like jesus and any other ‘god’, do u obey someone that you can make fun with??Do u pray to the god that is just nobody??Please answer me..I love to know from you, B** [ NOTE : the name been hided ].
And all those things you found in your research, and that beheaded thing, as i said in my previous mail, is it really taught in Islam?
I’ve already answer that question..
I disagree and in fact I condemn those who act for themselves or their group, and claim that it is for the sake of Islam, especially when it actually against the islamic values..
and one more thing, about ‘there is no force in islam’, it is quoted from the quran, where if i’m not mistaken, the story is about when we try to approach a non-muslim and ask him to convert to Islam, and he rejects, as a muslim, we must respect that.Don’t force.
I didnt force u to accept my answer because initially, you don’t even believe in what i believe, do u??
can’t wait to hear from u too!
god bless~

[ Okay, Let us start sharing~ Please read until the end.]
1. Quotation : ” Islam is not like any other religion. It is holy and honour. I was born in a muslim family, so automatically my birth certificate state that i am a muslim. In that situation, am I really a muslim?? Certainly no… “
At this point, you miss a very2 important information regarding universal concept of Islam.
Did you hear that : ” every child born in ‘Fitrah’, the child become a Yahudi, a Nasrani or a Majusi base on the parents guidance.”?
Yes! it was a sahih hadith from what Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam said.
Simply to say, children is Muslim - i.e already surrendered to the One who creates them [ NOTE : follow up the commentary that you will know the meaning and relation of the word 'Islam' in our way of life.], then they become Jew ( for eg. ), why? Because, they are ” FOLLOWing ” mostly their parents!
( But, yes, I can’t deny that some of the children follow their friends n etc either. )
2. Quotation : ” In tauhid islam, everything must start with ‘BELIEVE’. when you believe, in there is Allah, Muhammad is his prophet, there’s a life after death, heaven and hell, and not to forget AL-Quran is not a book written by muhammad, but it is a message from Allah through Jibril (an angel) as guidance for all people,etc.. …and only after that believe..you become a muslim. Of course after saying syahadah, officially you declare yourself as one of the believer .. “
My opinion is, your idea is correct, but the detail explanation is important to deliver the correct message to the non-Muslims.
Okay, Let’s see.
In this al-Deen, i.e the way of our life is al-Islam, there’s a different between ‘ Muslim ‘ and ‘ Mukmin’ . ( there’s another too, but I want to stress up both terms ).
Why they are different?
Let’s look up to Quran al-Karim, surah al-Hujraat ( chapter 49): verse 14,
” The Badwi Arabs (desert Arabs),say : “We believe ( i.e Mukminin )“.Say ( to them ) :”Ye have no faith;but ye say ‘We have submitted our wills to Allah ( i.e Muslimin )’, for not yet has faith enter your hearts. … “
to give you more understand, let me explain in Bahasa Malaysia,
… ( sila rujuk terjemahan Quran anda! ).
Then, from this verse of Quran, after you made declaration, you are a Muslim, BUT! a BELIEVER ( i.e mukmin )? still have a way to go, not now but ‘after that’ should be, base on your will!
I love to say this statement : ‘You can not be a Mukmin if you are not a Muslim. Be a Muslim, struggling to achieve a level as a Mukmin is MUST ! and in order to be a true Muslim ! ‘
hmmm.. so far, is it okay? I hope so…
To avoid misunderstanding, I would like to prove you, the meaning of ‘ISLAM’. Which the word not only as the NOUN but also the VERB! Let’s check it out!!
Quran al-Karim, surah Aali Imran ( chapter 03 ) : verse 19,
” Truly, the al-Deen ( the way of life – some translation rather to write ‘religion’ ) with Allah is al-Islam …”
as what you said, if you didn’t know language very much, people who know better will twist you up only using the language.
The same thing to Arabic.
Back to the verse of Quran, it is al-Islam ( The submission/surrender whole-heartedly , The peace – I gave you some of the meanings of the word ), that Allah subhanahu wa taa’la accept as the al-Deen ( the way of life )!
Look up to your Quran!
the word AL plus ISLAM = AL-ISLAM.
If you know Arabic, any word that begin with ‘AL-‘ is the NOUN.
Next, in the Quran al-Karim, surah al-Baqarah ( chapter 02 ) : verse 131,
” When his Lord said to him : ‘ASLIM!’ ( means : SUBMIT! ), he said : ‘ASLAMTU li rabbi al-A’lamin’ ( means : I have submitted to the Lord of the worlds. “
okay, let’s check this one,
once again, let’s refer to the language, i.e Arabic, ( look at your Quran! )
the word ASLIM! , is an order word, in Arabic so called fai’l amar,
( now, you may look up to Arabic-English-Malay Dictionary ),
the root word for the verb SUBMIT ( in English ) or SERAH ( in Malay ) is SALLAM ( in Arabic ). Let’s check the relation of the word ‘ISLAM’ :
according to grammar for Arabic :
in the present tense ( fai’l mudhari’ ) for the phrase : I submit is : ASLIMU , and for the past tense ( fai’l madhi ) : I submitted is : SALIMTU.
( I hope you could understand, if you didn’t trust me, you may ask your friends or any one who knows Arabic )
the conclusion is : the word ‘ISLAM‘ was expressed here as the VERB!
3. Quotation : ” As i said before, Islam is not like any other religion, where you can come and go, saying that you believe and the next day, you said u don’t. It’s not a toy, that you can play with, not a cloth to wear on and off..it is something that you hold throughout your life. “
At this point, I kinda agree with you.
Let’s recall our knowledge about the history of our prophet’s life or sirah Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam.
By the way, my intention is to suggest you for thinking and considering the true story. ( Please look up your book of Sirah Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam )
Muslims was divided into 2 groups : Mukminin and Munafiqin!! [ NOTE : the discussion here only base on the time of prophet's life - ATTENTION to the next questions ]
What? When? How could it be?
YES!! It truly happen.
It started after Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam hijrah from Makkah to Yathrib ( then the name change to Madinah ), that’s mean during 10 years of his life in Madinah, the Munafiqin was existed!
Do not believe in me? No problem, hehe… Let’s look up to our Quran al-Karim, please tell me and list all the chapters of the Quran, where the word ‘Munafiq’ and related to it (including the statement : ‘People who have a disease in their hearts and etc’ .
After that, please check up one by one, WHERE did the chapters reveal in?
The answer is :’ in the MADINAH, that’s why in every surah / chapter, we were mentioned either it is the Surah Madaniah or the Surah Makkiah ( i.e revealed in Makkah )’.
This is REALITY.
This people called as Munafiqin, they said they are Muslims, but HYPOCRITE!!!!
They declare themselves as Muslims by saying shahadatain, performing solah, fasting in Ramadhan and so on so forth, BUT from the bottom of their hearts, they hate Islam, try to break up the relationship between Muslims in order to weaken the Islam and etc.
That’s why, they also called as : ‘The People Who Have a Disease inside Their Hearts’.
What does Allah subahanahu wa taa’la say about this type of people ?
In the Quran al-Karim, surah al-Baqarah ( chapter 02 ) : verse 08, 09 and 10,
” And of mankind, there are some ( hypocrites ) who say : ‘We believe in Allah and the Last Day’ while in fact they believe not.”
” They ( think to ) deceive Allah and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive ( it ) not! “
” In their hearts is a disease ( of doubt and hypocrisy ) and Allah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. “
I think the information about Munafiqin is okay at this point.
But, honestly I have some information to elaborate ‘the hypocrisy in Islam‘.
If you want, you may ask me.
4. Quotation : “ And for those who turn away from islam, prophet muhammad told us to first, have a diplomacy, asking why, advice.Next, is to warn and lastly is to kill.
Yup, kill.
the reason is to make it clear that Allah is not something that you can play with, not somebody you can tease..
same like jesus and any other ‘god’, do u obey someone that you can make fun with??Do u pray to the the god that is just nobody?? …………
And all those things you found in your research, and that beheaded thing, as i said in my previous mail, is it really taught in Islam?
………
and more thing, about ‘there is no force in islam‘, it is quoted from the quran, where if i’m not mistaken, the story is about when we try to approach a non-muslim and ask to convert to Islam, and he rejects, as a muslim, we must respect that.Don’t force.
…… “
These points are very2 dangerous if we made some mistakes to explain them to others especially to convey them the messages.
First of all, ‘there is no force in Islam!’ . Allah subhanahu wa taa’la says,
in Quran al-Karim, surah al-Baqarah ( chapter 02 ) : verse 256 ( Revealed in Madinah ),
” There is no compulsion in al-Deen. Veryly, the Right path has become distinct from the wrong path. …”
YES! we can not force people to accept Islam!
But don’t ever forget that WE i.e Mukminin have a DUTY or an OBLIGATION which is the big part in al-Deen al-Islam, it is : ‘CALL people to Islam ( i.e dakwah ) or in another meaning is DELIVER the messages of Islam to people! as the way of Prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam’s did ( i.e his SUNNAH )’
Allah subhanahu wa taa’la said to Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam, at that time he was delivering a message of Islam to one of the Heads of the Quraish,
in the Quran al-Karim, surah A’basa ( chapter 80 ) : verse 07,
” Though it is no blame to you if he will not become pure ( from disbelief, you are only a Messenger, your duty is to convey the message of Allah ). “
As what I said, our duty is : ‘call people to Islam or convey the messages of Islam ( i.e dakwah )‘, it depends on you whether you accept it or not, when Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam did dakwah to people of Makkah, many of them rejected Islam, then Allah subhanahu wa taa’la commanded Muhammad salallhu a’laihi wa salam at that time ( and for mukmin especially at this time ) to say to those people who rejected the message ( i.e al-Kafirun ),
Quran al-Karim, surah al-Kafirun ( chapter 09 ) : verse 01-06,
” Say! : ‘O ye that reject Faith ( i.e al-Kafirun ) ! I worship not that which ye worship. Nor will ye worship that which I worship. And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship. Nor will ye worship that which I worship. To you be your Way of life, and to me mine. “
When Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam became a Leader to the people of Madinah ( Muslims and Non-Muslims ), he made the Charter of Madinah ( in Malay : Piagam Madinah ).
This fact in the history, even the western historians knew it!
My question is : WHAT is the content of the charter?
Let me tell you some of the content of the charter. ( summarization )
- -People of Madinah FREE in practicing their religions.
- -People of Madinah is the ONE ummah and each person has responsibility to the State of Madinah. Hating each other is prohibited.
- -The guarantee in peaceful life to non-Muslims as long as they OBEY the CHARTER of MADINAH.
- - so on and so forth.
If you didn’t believe in me, you may find out by yourself. Yosh~
The messages after this, you need to think deeply :
- -If you have NO intention to embrace Islam, it is fine. You can keep with your previous religion.
- -You don’t want Islam is fine, BUT if you AGAINST Islam, it is another case.
- -If you EMBRACED Islam, you can not TURN BACK to the previous religion or go to another religion!
- -These are clear. You have only 2 choice :
- You want and embrace Islam, we are welcoming you, BUT no TURN BACK or TURN AWAY!
- You do not accept Islam and keep with your own way of life, okay, BUT do not AGAINST Islam.
NO COMPULSION and easy to choose from the both of them.
And What? TURN AWAY FROM ISLAM after embracing it?
Wait the minute!
Let’s see to our option.
The 1st choice, the 2nd choice, and errr….. NO 3rd choice? Ahah!!!!!
What should we do about this? What should we do?
okay….I want to explain the very simple explanation.
Islam is The Way of Life ( i.e al-Deen ), which includes SYSTEMS that COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER.
When this case : ‘Turn away from Islam‘ happen, we have to refer to Islam, the system in it which solve the problem ( for eg. , the ‘TRUE‘ Law of Islam ) .
The conclusion is : ‘ Did we force people to accept Islam? ‘

Some one said : “Muhammad did indeed kill men, women and children in his conquest to spread Islam.”
Show the proof! The proof!
Making such a statement without any proof, NO logic at all, when you said you made some researched. If you show the proof, we could know whether you misunderstand the history or misreading or what ever. Frankly, that is NOT my way in writing and in sharing my knowledge. *sigh*
Okay, Let’s think,
What should we do, when a WOMAN bravely tried to MURDER by poisoning the food and giving the food by her own hand to the Leader of the State? The good thing is, he ( i.e the Prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam ) could avoid from eating it, BUT, one of his companions was a victim, DIED IMMEDIATELY after he ate the food only by ONE BITE ( very strong poison )!
What should we do to her?
Please think . . .
What should we do, when A WHOLE MAN in one group promised and obey to the Leader of the State as they admitted the Charter of Madinah, that they MUST PROTECT the state during any situations, but they BETRAYED by HELPING THE ENEMY in khandak / al-Ahzab War?
What should we do to them?
Please think . . .
and so on. THE FACTS already in your historical book. Read~ Read~

Allah subhanahu wa taa’la says, ( Quran, chapter ‘Al-Hajj’ ( 22 ) : verse 78 ) :
” ….. It is He Who has named you Muslims, both before and in this (Revelation), ….. “
Allah subhanahu wa taa’la said that people who is before us ( i.e those who followed the previous prophets, before the prophet Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam ) and including us ( i.e ummah of Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam ), are only ONE that Allah calls MUSLIMS.
But today ( and also in a long time ago ), this people calls themselves in other names in order to show they are separating each other. For instance, Yahudi ( i.e Jew ) and Nasrani ( i.e Christian ). The proof is, both of them ( said in their holy books ) claimed they are on the path of Abraham ( Ibrahim a’laihi salam ). We also claim like that too. Simply to say here : ” today we have 3 religions which claimed they are on the path of Abraham ( i.e Islam, Jew and Christian – according to the Holy Books- Al-Quran Al-Karim, Torah and Holy Bible ) “.
All right ! The thing become interesting is when I am thinking more about Jew and Christian, I wonder : ” where are they come from? what are their history that become Jew and Christian? and why they are Jew and Christian ( means they separated into 2 religions ) even though they are from one nationality, that is HEBREW? “
Alhamdulillah.Praise be to Allah,Most High alone, I was provided with internet in my hostel here, so I use it for investigating just only by surfing it.Okay! I knew already their background, history and etc. BUT, those still not satisfied me. Why? Because I found both of them also worship to Allah subhanahu wa taa’la. Then, I wonder : ” how HEBREWs perform their MAIN prayer to Allah subhanahu wa taa’la ( in Islam it is ‘solah fardh‘ ) ? “.( I used hebrew because Jews say that they followed the prophet Moses ( Musa a’laihi salam ) and Christians say that they followed prophet Jesus son of Mary ( Isa ibn Maryam a’laihi salam ), BOTH of the prophets are HEBREW ( from banu Israel ) ).
Ahah! Once again, I was investigating it too. Mashallah! Subhanallah! I was surprised! Why? Because i saw before my very eyes that the way they perform their prayer as same as Muslims perform their solah! Why did I say like that? Because the ‘ BASIC PROSTRATIONS ‘ as same as ours. Just watch it :
[ NOTE : I advise you to watch every videos from the beginning until the end. If you angry, be patient! If the buffering takes too long, be patient too- may be you should change the internet connection which more fast, kidding! sorry~ ]

Again! I ask myself : ” They are worshiping Allah subhanahu wa taa’la. They submitted to Him,Most High. Then, Islam in arabic means submission. That’s mean : are they ‘Muslims’ ? I think, YES they are, but they did not know ( of course, I knew that they are NOT YET because they must declare shahadatain first and so on ) “.
Again! I wonder : ” why they do not embrace or choose Islam? We are Muslims, we do not deny the existence of the prophets before Muhammad salallahu a’laihi wa salam. We accept them because it is WAJIB in our AKIDAH , our faith as Muslims, which if you are denying it, you are not a Muslim! Allah subhanahu wa taa’la says ( Quran, chapter ‘Al-Baqarah’ ( 2 ) : verse 285 ) :
” The Messenger believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in Allah, His angels, His books, and His apostles. “We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His apostles.” And they say: “We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys.” “
And we also follow the path of Abraham peace be upon him. Allah subhanahu wa taa’la asks us to say to the Jews and Christian if they ask us to ‘follow’ them ( i.e their way of life ), ( Quran, chapter ‘Al-Baqarah’ ( 2 ) : verse 135 ) :
” They ( i.e Jews and Christians ) say: “Become Jews or Christians if ye would be guided (To salvation).” Say thou: “Nay! (I would rather) the Religion of Abraham the True, and he joined not gods with Allah.” “
Then, I’m starting realize that as the Mukmins, our responsibility is to spread, to preach and to deliver clear messages about the TRUTHs to them and to mankind generally. We do as what we responsible to do ( i.e amanah ), but we do not force them to accept it.
[ this is the main paragraph I want to talk to ]
” What if so many evidences prove that Islam is the truth, but they still with their stubbornness in their previous religions? “ . Islam taught us : ‘ HIDAYAH ‘ is belong to Allah subhanahu wa taa’la alone. We are His slaves only OBEY His commands including ‘ DAKWAH ‘. As long as you do your AMANAH, it is Islam. The people who receive your dakwah is up to them whether they want to accept it or not, we just say ( Quran, chapter ‘Al-Khafirun’ ( 109 ) : verse 6 ) :
” To you be your Way, and to me mine. “
Even in the history of Islam, the history of Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam ’s life, he is the messenger, the apostle of Allah subhanahu wa taa’la, also did not have any authority to guide ( i.e HIDAYAH ) his beloved uncle, Abu Thalib ibn Abd Al-Muthalib to accept Islam, even so many times he tried to attract him ( i.e dakwah ) to him :
It is true thou wilt not be able to guide every one, whom thou lovest; but Allah guides those whom He will and He knows best those who receive guidance. ( Quran, chapter ‘Al-Qasas’ ( 28 ) : verse 56 ).

Birthday = Thinking Of Death ?

took from NowWhyTwo Moscow,
Many of my friends including me, celebrated our birthday in this month ( May 11th is my birth date ), Alhamdulillah i’m still alive. This morning i received a message from IMAM RSC MOSCOW due to inform the new post in its blog, NowWhyTwo Moscow, it is “Selamat Hari Lahir” ( in English : Happy Birthday ).
I read it, you must be wondered, probably the post wrote about something cheerful and merrily about celebrating the birthday.Yes! It is TRUE, but the most important messages are located in 6 paragraphs before the end, it’s about : “Have you thought that, ‘when you celebrating your birthday, you will think that your age is increasing BUT that is mean your life span will be shorter’ ?”.
Plus, today’s night, my brothers remind me and elaborate the post, encouraging me to prepare as much as I can before i DIE! ( it sounds extreme, isn’t it? YES it is! )
took from NowWhyTwo Moscow.
The hadith, riwayah At-Tabarani :
Narrated by Ibn Umar radiallahu a’nhu : One day, i came to meet Rasulullah sallahu a’laihi wa salam, and he was sitting among his Sahabah ( companions ).Suddenly, one of his Sahabah stood up and asked Rasulullah sallahu a’laihi wa salam : ” O Apostle of Allah! Who is the most clever and the most intelligent person among the human being?”, Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam answered : “The most clever and the most intelligent person is the one who always thinking about the death. In fact, he called as such a person because, he grabbed his HONOUR in this WORLD and the HIGHEST ‘DARJAT‘ ( means : level ) in the ‘AKHIRAT’ ( means : the here after ) !”.
Well,to describe more about that kind of person, let us see the history of the Sahabah radiallahu a’nhum ’s ( Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam ’s companions ) life for example, then look at how the Islam spreads very quickly after Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam dead. Based on the teaching of Al-Quran and the way of life of the Prophet salallahu a’lahi wa salam ( As-Sunnah ), the reality and the purposes of life on the earth and the eternal life in akhirat are CLEAR and UNDERSTOOD very well, could build the ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION in short time and stand in very long time period.
Compare the Islamic Empire of Khulafa Ar-Rashidin / Rashidun Caliphate ( the Caliphs were Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and A’li radiallahu a’nhum ) with the Roman Empire. The Islamic Empire of Khalifa Ar-Rashidin built in 29 years which conquered quite large area, then the civilization continued by Umayyad Destiny, Abbasid Destiny and so on then collapsed more than 600 years, while the Roman Empire built more 1000 years then collapsed about 2-3 years ( in the time of the Byzantine Empire by collapsing 2 of 3 its capital cities : Jurusalem in Palestine and Alexendria in Egypt ).
” See!, and let us think deeply, what are we now? And how the Islam now? Are we really live as what Rasulullah salallahu a’laihi wa salam ’s taught us? look and ask yourself ( including me )! “
Back to the topic about the death, it reminds me that, insya Allah i will be a doctor and insya Allah, one day i will investigate : “how the patient died?”,”what diseases caused the death to the patient”, and so on so forth. As a doctor, ‘to diagnose the reasons which cause the death’ is important and otherwise, important to the people too. Have you thought about : “THE REASONS FOR OUR LIVING ON THE EARTH ?” Other word : “WHAT ARE OUR PURPOSES OF LIFE?”.What is your answer?
( NOTE : if you are a Muslim, your answer suppose to base on the way you are living, i.e Islam ).
I’m Your Friend Now ,But In Reality : I’m Your Brother ~
Yesterday,I got a new friend from Algeria. We contact each other by Skype.Well,he initiated first by asking me if i would be his friend, then i said ‘yes’.
The very interesting is,the way how we became friend.Well, before that he didn’t know that i’m a Muslim. Then, after i putted my shout out in Skype, where i wrote a do’a ( pray ) starting with : ” Ya Allah…”, then he surprised and he told me that he know that God.”Of Course i know!”, he said, “Because i’m a Muslim too!”, he added after that.
Then he asked me all of sudden : “Which part do you know about Islam?”.In my mind I thought : “This is my first time, people asking me about Islam, the more challenge is when i was asking by a Muslim,my brother…Oh God!”.
Then, I answered as what I believe and understand about this Ad-Deen, Islam, : “I’m not a perfect man,but i’m still learning, studying and understading more about Islam. The most clear from me about Islam is, A’kidah and Tauhid, which they are root for Islam. You can not be a Muslim if your root ( i.e A’kidah and Tauhid ) is not clear and well understand, and you can not be a Mukmin,if you are not a Muslim!”
Alhamdulillah,he seems happy to hear what i said. Insya Allah, all Mukmins are brothers but the different level among brothers is not by their appearances ( eg. color of skin and etc ) but only Taqwa, as Allah subhanahu wa taa’la said in the Quran : Surah Al-Hujraat ( chapter 49 ) : 10 and 13;
“The Believers ( i.e Mukmins ) are but a single BROTHERHOOD : So make peace and reconciliation between your two ( contending ) brothers : And fear Allah that ye may receive Mercy.” [ 49:10 ]
“O Mankind! We created you from a single ( pair ) of male and female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other ( not that ye may despise each other ). Veryly the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is ( he who is ) the most TAQWA of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted ( with all things ).” [ 49:13 ]
