3. Although there are two parts, but I strongly urge you for the first part must be emphasized first. For the second part, can be read later if required, or after the first part of understanding and practicing with it.

4. The author’s words as an introduction (I just took some words only, especially words that are emphasized in the first part of this book):

Praise be to Allah subhanahu wa taa’la, prayers and peace upon His Messenger.

The book is divided into two parts. The first part presents the characteristics that should exist on every Muslim, to the existence of these attributes he is really a Muslim.

Most of those who profess Islam as a hobby or because they were born to Muslim parents. In fact, they do not understand the meaning of merging themselves into the religion of Islam. They also do not know the demands of their merger into Islam, you see them in one hand while Islam is on the other.

The aim of this first part is to answer all these questions, as well as to explain what is demanded by Islam from a Muslim, so that the merger itself into a consolidation of the Islamic religion is right and true, so that he is really a Muslim.

Allah subhanahu wa taa’la says[ surah al-Hajj (i.e chapter 22) : verse 78 ] :

” He has chosen you and has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you Muslims, both before and in this (Revelation); that the Messenger may be a witness for you, and ye be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer give regular Charity, and hold fast to Allah! He is your Protector― the― Best to protect and the Best to help! ” (78)

. . . . .

Muslims must realize that they have a personality of its own, distinct from others.Original personality, character and appearance of the form derived from Islam. According to the originality and distinction of Muslims are able to hold the reins of thought and political world. . .

3. All Muslims are familiar with the answer: “Our sources are the Quran and the Sunnah“, when asked what the reference to Muslims?
4. al-Quran, at least every Muslim to have them. Of course they read and understand what is contained in it and practice it. However, what about the hadith? Do you have it? Do you know about hadith or as-Sunnah? are we practicing? Are the contents of the al-Quran and al-Hadith?

5. We should have been aware, that Islam is for everyone. Do not let ourselves do not know anything about the Sunnah, so we follow blindly when people tell you a hadith even it is a false one, for an example.

6. Thus, the reason I suggest having this book at least, with the aim of understanding the Sunnah.

7. View the contents of the book, the author does not ask every individual to be an expert on hadith but he hoped that every Muslim to understand as-Sunnah, as a source of Islamic reference for the purpose of being a true Muslim.

8. A summary of the introduction by Imam an-Nawawi rh. :

The collection of 40 hadith is recorded by some has been done based on the hadith:

“Whoever memorized for my people forty hadith of religious affairs, Allah subhanahu wa taa’la will raise him up at the Last Day among of the jurists (fuqaha) and scholars (ulama).”

To evaluate the above hadith, the scholars of hadith are agreed that the value of the hadith is weak (dhaif).
However, Imam an-Nawawi rh. : hadith collected in this book is not based on incentives in the hadith above, but he grasped the authentic hadith that:

“.. Let those of you who are present convey to the people who are not present..”

** Means, Imam an-Nawawi as the recipient of hadith(s), feels a responsibility to convey the words of the Prophet (hadith) salallahu a’laihi wa salam to us as ‘people who did not attend‘together with the Prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam.
and the Prophet salallahu a’laihi wa salam also said:

“Allah subhanahu wa taa’la beutify the face of who hears my word and then he kept, and then pass it on to others as it has been heard.”

So he collects every hadith contains the essential meaning of religion includes many important teachings of Islam. He put only authentic hadith(s), mostly found in the book of Sahih Bukhari and Muslim; hadith narrators are not included as a convenience to memorize and take benifit.

Finally, this book is appropriate for those who pursuit of the Hereafter, to know the hadith(s) in which the whole consists of things that are important in Islam and contain tazkirah(warning, reminder). In the course of obedience. It is clear to those who are willing to observe it with great interest.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT COACH.

Stephen R. Covey emphasises a return to principles or values in order to achieve change in our lives. The seven habits are not simply a veneer that you apply for success. The seven habits are a step by step model that empower you make decisions and act so that you are always moving towards a known destination rather than reacting to whatever is happening at the time.

The reason I favor this model is that it has strong links to concepts of emotional, intelligence and emphasises the importance of self awareness before successful engagement with others.

The seven habits model introduces the concept of ‘habits’ that we need to learn to do automatically. Most of us have habits we are not even aware of and probably couldn’t say how we learned them in the first place!

Stephen Covey suggests that this model is a process of learning new habits that are aligned with the seven habits he presents in his book. Learning a new habit is not easy. It takes time and practice. For most of us this is a big ask! But if you’re willing to make the time and put in the practice then Stephen Covey is the best place to start.
